1. Ordering & Account Eligibility

Customers must possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. You agree to provide complete and accurate delivery details, including your full name, physical delivery address, and an active Saudi mobile phone number (+966) to ensure prompt delivery.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We provide nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) services across Saudi Arabia. When selecting COD, you agree to receive the order upon arrival and pay the full invoice amount in cash directly to the courier representative.

3. Express Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched through trusted logistics partners across Saudi Arabia with an estimated delivery timeline of 2 to 5 business days depending on destination. If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, delivery may be rescheduled or returned.

4. Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed in our store are denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include applicable fees unless explicitly detailed at checkout.

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

In accordance with Saudi consumer protection regulations, customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if the product arrives defective or materially different from description, provided the item remains unused in its original manufacturer packaging.
